Stage 4 can be easily described as the "bridge" between Pre-Awareness and Post-Awareness stages. The patient appears to go on senseless rambles of yesteryear, constantly wander and get lost, and at times, stumble on feet and slur speech due to the beginning of reduced motor abilities. But other times they are "normal" in a way. The patient is losing memories by entanglement rapidly, and what follows is demented chaos.
