No it is not a sheet, its a system. The system just asks the viewer questions whether or not they are allowed to or can see (animation or game) madness combat stuff. There is a yes or no system, They can decline or accept. Try it out. Also if you use this credit me. You can also up the seconds for a longer time at the end. Just look for costume 4.
