hiya!! [ look below for bio ] i entered for pier because he is a precious bean and i NEED HIM. this design is very gorgeous and was delightful to draw in many ways!! this was so fun to draw, and even if i don’t win I’m real glad i got around to finally entering your awesome dta :DD <——> now for the bio <——> : : : : : : : : <——> personal info <——> name : pier age : 18 y/o [ human years ] gender : male gender at birth : male pronouns : he / him / they / them <——> descriptions <——> detailed appearance : pier is a tall-ish felidae who is blue in color. he has light flecks on his forearms and flanks, and his paws are cream. he is lightly furred around the paws [ or ankles, per say ], cheeks, chest, and stomach. his tail is slightly bushy, colored pale yellow and light blue. his face is pale yellow, and his ears are light blue. he has purple eyes. he tends to wear his sailor’s hat all the time, and the same goes for his neck accessory. personality traits : [ + ] : clever, loyal, compassionate [ = ] : stubborn, competitive, curious [ - ] : impulsive, dishonest, egoistic <——> [ long ] backstory <——> pier was born and raised on the docks. his father was a business man, and his mother delivered the utems his father sold across the seas, on a ship. every since pier was a kitten, he was accustomed to sailing a ship. by the young age of 5, he was already sailing the boat [ with his mother’s help ], and soon, by the age of 10, he was giving orders to the crew. one day, pier, his mother, and the crew went through a horrifying storm, that destroyed every piece of the ship. when the ship capsized, pier had no idea what had become of the crew and his mother, but he had worse problems to deal with. the waves were powerful and raging, and soon enough, he was knocked unconscious. when he woke up he found himself in a small village, with two odd creatures rubbing against him. one a fish— with legs- and another that seemed like a sea urchin. he named them aaron [ his father’s name ] and anabelle [ his mother’s ]. soon enough, pier found a way off the island, with a little help from the kinder townsfolk. he sailed a boat and 3 crew mates back towards where he thought his homeland was, and was relieved to see his village in the distance after 10 days of sailing. he managed to find his father rather quickly after docking, but his father had sad news: his mother hadn’t been found after the ship wreck. this shocked pier. his mother was a very good swimmer, and even better at finding out where she was. surely she was still alive?? pier promised to himself that she was, and he rushed out to the docks, taking out one of his mother’s boats. a small one, that had a single sail. he now rides across the seas, searching for his mother, his only companions being aaron, anabelle, and his hat and neck accessory for his mother. he still hasn’t found her. <——> extra <——> more about. . . aaron!! name : aaron species : walking fish [ this is the species pier decided on ] gender : male gender at birth : male pronouns : he / him now more about. . . anabelle!! name : anabelle species : sea urchin gender : non-binary gender at birth : female pronouns : they / them now more about. . . pier’s hat and neck accessory!! hat : his mother found this hat one day out sailing. it was floating on the water, and she had snatched it up. this was her hat for a decade before pier was born. when pier was 10, his mother gifted the hat to him as a birthday present. neck accessory : pier had actually found this himself. when he was swimming one day, when the boat had come to a rest, he found it, hooked on a piece of coral. he as intrigued by the jewel and seemingly never-wilting kelp. it’s been his good luck charm for 11 years. <——> drawing description & final farewell <——> if you made it down here, congrats!! that’s as a lot to read [ and write, in my case ].
