. s k e t c h e s click, space bar, or arrow keys to proceed i haven’t been doing much digital art due to downtime, so i started drawing in my sketchbook more—i actually amassed a lot of art during this period of time, so i thought i’d post it :) tiny heads up, i’m sorry if anything looks distorted—the lighting was really bad, so i made a few edits to make it look better ^^’ * just a little update on my digital artwork, i’ve been working on a piece on and off for six (!!) hours now on procreate, it’s taken over a week and i’m still far from done, so expect the finished result of that soon ;) * 1 - grogu ミ☆ i just wanted to draw the cute little guy, so i did! i didn’t really have a reference, so it looks kinda goofy lol. 2 - random sketches ミ☆ idk what these are lol, ignore the face in the bottom right corner :’) 3 - leslie page ミ☆ sorry about the quality lol, it still looks really bad even after a few edits. anyways, i was practicing drawing leslie and my style did not cooperate—idk what happened to her xD 4 - link + sketches ミ☆ top left was my attempt at drawing my sister, but she got mad bc she thinks it doesn’t look like her haha. the rest are just link, i was struggling a bit to capture him in the drawings :’D 5 - aesthetic page ミ☆ i was drawing a random girl and liked her vibes, so i just based the page off of that random idea, while looking at pin for inspiration. i really like this :) 6 - failed page ミ☆ i was looking at an image on pin and trying to redraw it—i really like the full body sketch, but i just couldn’t get the other sketch right. i kept erasing so the page looked like a mess, and i eventually stopped trying. sometimes it may seem like artists online barely try to produce art and never fail, but in reality, some don’t really like to show their failed art haha. let yourself fail sometimes, you might get art blocked if you don’t <3 7 - unfinished page ミ☆ i was drawing this while i was sick, so it looks pretty bad bc i was laying down and drawing some of it. i lost motivation to finish this ^^’ 8 - random char ミ☆ i created a random design (while i was sick) and liked it, i’m not that great at character designs, so this was kind of refreshing to draw. i’m thinking of digitalizing the character and having them in my artcon booth as a ota :)) (also, the bottom left sketch isn’t my drawing—it’s my sisters’) 9 - some poses ミ☆ i was experimenting with poses and suddenly realized that my sketchbook was tilted—which is why the poses are tilted :’’’) 10 - face studies ミ☆ i tried drawing children from photos bc i haven’t really drawn them before, i think it came out somewhat okay for once :D 11 - anatomy + clothing studies ミ☆ i was practicing with my posing, but the reference was blurry so i couldn’t finish the one to the right. i used a photo from google to come up with an outfit haha 12 - more studies ミ☆ i really love this spread and the one on the next page, it was probably the only one that i was really happy with. i also just realized that the side view guy in the middle looks like he’s going to get hit by the hand- 13 - even more studies (cont from previous) ミ☆ i had to censor the things the girl on the left is holding due to scratch, you can look inside if u want to actually see it, but it’s your choice. this might be my favorite page <333 ok, that’s all ^^ some more content will be arriving soon, but again, no guarantee—see you in the next project! ──── ✩ ──── art ⋆ @gh0stwriter characters ⋆ mentioned in project music ⋆ karma - taylor swift some tags - #art #games #traditional #artdump #paper #aesthetic #spread #drawing
