I'm just sick and tired of people just wanting to leave the company. Yes, I completely understand the reason but when people leave or I kick them out, It really makes me stressed and anxious. I have to change everything + get everything up to date and also decide if the group should have a replacement or not. FLORENCE has had a total of THREE lineup changes and is about to have one or two more due to a member leaving and someone inactive. Due to these lineup changes, I just had a few feelings to just shut down the entire project together or just shut down the entertainment. It's not easy to run a whole s-pop entertainment because you have to rely on others, which I absolutely dislike. If you are usually active, then this isn't a problem for you, but if you aren't active and willing to stay committed, then this company isn't for you. Please realize what you are signing up for when you are in a Scratch pop entertainment. Your signing up because you are interested and willing to commit to being in the company. If you aren't active and aren't willing to follow the rules, just don't apply. Ever since former member, Chi was inactive, everything has been going downhill. Even deadlines aren't helping since people procrastinate til the very late minute. You had the entire week to complete it and your not done. Plus, I even give out extensions for a week or two, and people STILL don't get it done. If you don't get tasks done, why even bother to apply in the first place. If you tell me that your going on hiatus beforehand, then that's a completely different story, but activeness is VERY important in the company. Not just here, but in S-pop. Rosected is already a strict company, and I might as well be even more strict. I was so close to abandoning the FLORENCE project due to OG members leaving/dropping out. I get more and more anxious and upset when people leave + drop out. I'm done being lenient on everyone. If you are an s-pop ceo, I hold you the biggest respect.
