After months of planning and scripting, I've finally done it. It's finally finished! I present to you, the lore of Spectra Octis Chipzel. [Part 1] ------------------------------------------------------------------------- It was the beginning of the first corruption incident. Blixer, or as he calls himself, Fresh, had just taken control over the Tree Of Life and built his tower in the center of Paradise. He had corrupted most of the land and was now focused on corrupting shapes to add to his army. He was making great progress. That is until, the heroes started "winning." Even though the corruption had just begun and was at it's strongest, the heroes of Paradise with their guardian were already making great progress in purifying the land. This naturally made Fresh very nervous. He thought if he didn't find a way to defeat the heroes or protect himself and the tree soon, then his reign would quickly be put to an end. Fresh spent 3 nights working with the best and smartest shapes he had, trying to come up with any sort of plan to secure his crown. Then, on the third night, he suddenly had an idea, thanks to the help of his smartest shape, a triangle named Barracuda. "Why don't I just create a hero of my own?" That day, a new shape was created. Spectra was born. Fresh created Spectra using the power of the Tree Of Life. Spectra was born with the body and mind of a young teen, already having basic knowledge needed to survive such as speaking, writing, simple math, etc. She was also born with a reddish skin tone instead of pink. This is because she is a corrupt unlike any other. You see, the pink virus you commonly associate with corruption is not true corruption. It's just a nullified, weaker subvariant. True corruption is much, much worse. It gives it's hosts a redish skin tone and transforms them into horrific monsters unlike anything you've seen before. These monsters are even more terrifying than "Annihilate," and more powerful than the Tree Of Life itself. However, nobody has survived true corruption long enough to even manage to make it to the transformation process, not even the strongest of monsters. Spectra is the first living host to true corruption. She knew well of what she was capable of. She knew how much destruction she could cause, so she decided to avoid using her powers too much, until she can learn how to properly control them. Fresh worked with Spectra and trained her to be the best hero she could be, the perfect hero. He led her to believe that the pure heroes were the villains, that the pures were the ones who wanted to destroy the world, and the corruption was a way to get rid of them and spread peace. Spectra fought and trained alongside Fresh, fulfilling her duties in protecting the corrupted tree. Spectra grew to be even stronger than the pure heroes. During this time, Fresh cared for Spectra almost like a father would care for his own daughter. He gave her his undivided love and attention, always making sure she was happy, giving her everything she could ever need to learn and grow. In return, Spectra was kind and loving towards him as well, showing endless gratitude and affection. The two of them lived and fought side by side, always caring for each other and keeping each other safe. That is until... the night of annihilation. The pure heroes had had enough. They were sick and tired of their home being destroyed, having to purify everything, only for it to be corrupted again not long after by Spectra and Fresh's army. Countless homes and villages had been destroyed and many lives were lost. They needed to put an end to this horrific nightmare! The four pure heroes and their guardian made a plan to ambush Fresh and his army at the tower on the night of a full pink moon. They planned to take the corrupts by surprise, catching them off guard and giving the pure heroes an advantage. At the stroke of midnight, with a full pink moon shining brightly in the crimson sky, the pure heroes and their guardian snuck up to the top of Fresh's tower, taking care to avoid or defeat any corrupted shapes in their way and readying themselves for a surprise attack. At the time, Fresh and Spectra were sitting together at the top of the tower, enjoying the cool, peaceful night air as Fresh practiced playing his electric guitar. Spectra loved listening to him play. She always thought Fresh had the best taste in music. Then, suddenly, Fresh was shot in the back with a bright beam of blue light, almost knocking him off of the edge of the tall tower. Spectra immediately counter-attacked, using her telekinetic abilities to try and shatter the pure heroes. However, her efforts were in vain. Due to a fight from earlier in the day, a fight where she managed to corrupt another Paradise village, Spectra's energy was severely depleted, limiting the use of her abilities, making her not as strong as she usually is. This gave the pure heroes another advantage, allowing them to overpower and defeat Spectra.
