On his head is a japanese spider crab, it made the most sense. (btw, the crab's arms are definitely not the length of an actual spider crab's arms) The nori arms could also be octopus tentacles but idk. Just trying to keep with the theme of seafood. And yeah, instead of making spider pastries, he makes seafood.
I think it would be cool instead of tea, Sushi's extra arms would hold Wasabi, Gari, Soy Sauce, and maybe a tray of sashimi? ofc, the design is based on @pretzelboy_'s concept for sushi.
