Credit to @yoshibomb for the contest. Otherwise, all the coloring is all me! This, of course, isn't exactly baby Neptune since Neptune doesn't look like that . . . but hey, nothing's perfect, right? Otherwise, the coloring and eyes are Neptune's. Oh, and no offense or anything, but this music is horrible. Just saying.
