To be honest, I almost forgot that Upper Phozoa was supposed to be an island— BUT HEAR ME OUT What if the island has a giant tower, and above that tower lies the actual society of Jellyfish? I guess that would count as using advanced technology, trying to make sure whole buildings can stabilize inside a bubble (or round glass if that's more realistic). It would also explain why not much know about Upper Phozoa, especially to the non-Jellyfish species (they can't see what's going on since Upper Phozoa is all the way up in the sky). I also decided to add tubes connect to the tower on the island for quick Jellyfish transportation between other regions of Upper Phozoa to showcase how advanced their tech is. (Maybe the other regions could be on different islands scattered around Earth? Also, potential Jellyfish story mode location?) Oh right, the main tower that connects to all these transportation tubes have antennas on it for communication between other regions. It's also covered in ad screens because why not.
