Who is this mysterious, masked man(or woman)? What the heck is he/she doing up in the air on a rope? Why is he/she wearing a mask? Well, it is up to YOU to determine this! Color the person in, make a scene, put in buildings, make him saying something, animated, holding a gun, dynamite, whatever. Just don't change the lineart too much. The winner's entry will become a new superhero that I may or may not use in some of my games. (There are prizes too!) Also give the masked person a name and story!
