attacks on multiple pirate fleets have started. since the emperor passed the"free lands act", which forced the military to capture or kill all pirates encountered. the crusade is starting in the outer worlds with a rebel moon being attacked by the 60th imperial luthast fleet. the ion class battle station also appears to help.
