This is Noir (wich means dark or black) She is the Goddess of darkness/fire and is from the Fantasia otherworld she has a sister who rules light and water, the are complete oposites. she can control fire and is immune to it she also can fly and control darkness her weakness is water She is part of a ggroup that all bear the same tatoo and want to control both worlds, she is the last survivng member and wants to rebuild so to speak If i forgot anything plz tell me and if you are wiling to make her sister go ahead
