Yeah this is absolutely how I’m drawing refs now. This definitely didn’t take two hours and it’s still not done… Her design isn’t that compelx, but that’s a story element. She’s meant to be plain. Average, if you will. I mostly changed her anatomy… and my whole style xD yeah! I went through a style change and I love it.
