This is Rupert, a male Cacloonet who has anger problems and sometimes attacks others without a SINGLE THOUGHT! His trainer is Amelia Leisenspore who's also the last champion the MC has to fight. (In Gaia at least since Amelia's twin brother, Arthur is the last champion in Neo.) Rupert was actually named after a kid Amelia knew who would attack her with no reason and somehow, he acts like that kid. (Also, this man REFUSES to evolve into is final evolution when he got to lvl.35 so he's just a lvl.40 Cacloonet- (NO, He does not have an everstone on him, he just doesn't want to evolve..
