The MCSC is one of the grandest ships that are currently within the VA's arsenal, having moderate armour, heavy firepower, and the ability to deploy many smaller strike-crafts, bombers, interceptors, and much more. It was developed as the response to us not having any majorly and overly large ships, and so we decided instead of having 2 separate battleship and ship carrier classes, we'd combine them, and made this. It is designed to balance the 2 major features, the armour and firepower, alongside the ability to launch strike craft and the such.
