Thank you for being the first person to show interest in this* |About this MAP| I heard this song a while ago and I thought, 'Doesn't this kinda match Ivypaw/pool and Hawkfrost? So, I decided to make this. This MAP is mostly intended for semi-experienced and experienced animators, and has a lot of movement that will need to be animated. If you're not experienced you can still ask to join (I'm not going to exclude anyone!), but just a heads up that it may be challenging. |Rules| 1. When it comes to parts, first come first served. I will not put parts on hold for people, so please don't ask me to. 2. You MUST NOT start working on a part before you are accepted. Please submit the form, and WAIT. 3. You must follow the character designs I have included for Hawkfrost and Ivypool (press space). You can still animate in your own style, but don't change the colours or the markings or anything. 4. DOVEWING'S EYES ARE GREEN FOR THIS!!! 5. You can only apply for one part at a time. They are long parts, and there are not many of them, so please don't ask for all of them. 6. The codeword is your favourite fruit. Please hide it in a sentence or something. 7. You CAN organise to collaborate on parts. However, the arrangement must be made between the two people who want to collaborate. Please don't go asking me about collaborating on a part (besides from putting it in the form). If you're doing a collaboration, put 'Collaborating with @_____' in it. If you haven't found anyone who wants to collaborate, SAY SO, and people may ask. 8. AMV IS HIGHLY PREFERED. You can do PMV though. 9. DO NOT guilt-trip anyone if they got the part you wanted (see rule 1). 10.You must remix this project to submit your part. Otherwise, how would I be able to find and keep track of it?! 11. You have 4 weeks to finish your part. If you aren't going to get it finished in time, please comment on this project explaining how long you will take. I am flexible and can offer extensions. However, if the deadline is up and I HAVEN'T heard from you, I will re-open the part. 12.Unlike with the PARTS, if you want to make a TNE, go ahead. It MUST have Ivypool and Hawkfrost on it. Any other characters are completely up to you. 13. THE ART MUST BE BY YOU. NO COPYING OR TRACING WILL BE PERMITTED Ok that's all.
|Script (CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR THE 4TH ARC)| INTRO: Ivypaw is sleeping alone in her nest, and the screen slowly zooms out. The words 'Dance In The Dark: Scripted Ivypaw/pool MAP' appear, then the screen fades to black. PT 1: (Screen fades from black) Ivypaw is in a meadow, looking around confused. Hawkfrost walks up to her and introduces himself (you can make him lip-sync if you feel like it). PT 2: Hawkfrost winds against Ivypaw, lip-syncing the words "Hide away where you're safe; where your heart doesn't break." Ivypaw looks at him and smiles, and on the first 'it's okay," he walks away. Ivypaw runs to catch up to him, leaping out of the screen. PT 3: Ivypaw lands, and the background switches to the Dark Forest. Hawkfrost gestures with his tail towards Tigerstar, Brokenstar, and Mapleshade, who are all sitting together and looking down on the other cats. Then, some of the DF apprentices (you choose which ones) come up to her. Ivypaw is happy. PT 4: Ivypaw and Hawkfrost are training. Hawkfrost knocks her down, but she twists around and knocks him off-balance. Tigerstar steps out of the bushes where he was watching and nods to them. Ivypaw purrs, happy that someone is seeing her potential. PT 5 (optional PMV): Switching between scenes of Ivypaw when she is awake and asleep (make sure to include Dovepaw hanging out with Jayfeather and Lionblaze in the background). As the scenes progress, she gets bigger/older. Dovepaw comes up to talk to her. PT 6: Dovepaw lip-syncs the words "You're hurting, hurting," ect. (the ones she sings are the muffled-sounding ones). Ivypaw turns away, and Hawkfrost appears beside her (PLEASE WHOEVER DOES THIS PART DO A GLITCH EFFECT IT'LL COMPLETE MY LIFE) and says something to her (preferably lip-synced) PT 7: Ivypaw keeps walking, ignoring him too. Her eyes widen and tears form in the corners of her eyes. She stops walking and looks up at Jayfeather and Lionblaze, who are in front of her. She either nods or blinks (your choice which). PT 8: IvyPOOL is back in the Dark forest, but everything is darker and more ominous. Ivypool's fur is prickling. (The rest of this part is yours to interpret, as long as you finish with a black screen) PT 9: (screen is black to start with) Now it's the Great Battle (PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY GORE! A SMALL BIT OF BLOOD IS OK THOUGH). Do scenes of cats fighting each other. Then show Ivypool fighting Thistleclaw, Snowtuft, and Hawkfrost. Hollyleaf leaps at them, saving Ivypool's life. Then fade to black (IK TOO MUCH BLACK SCREENS I CANT HELP IT ALRIGHT) PT 10 (stills): Fade from black to show a still piece of art with Ivypool and Dovewing standing next to each other, looking happy. Fade to black. Then fade from black to show Ivypool with her kits, Bristlekit, Thriftkit, and Flipkit. After that I will make credits.
