all changes up to a certain point will be made at any time between 1:30 est and 8:00 est, if there still is no change beyond that point im either busy with other stuff or its a lotttta changes yes you can say to revive mr stack yes you can boost characters yes you can add/remove characters (im watching you, aidyman!) no you cant add allies to super luigis side (besides clones)
