Okay i think i need to make a li’l project about this. As most of you know from my constant mentions of it i have anxiety and as probably a little less of you know I’m autistic Now why am I making a project just telling you I’m autistic and have anxiety? Well people don’t really seem to understand when they talk to me how much one sentence, one emoticon, one word can affect me When i see anyone put a sort of upset emoticon when talking to me [even if it isn’t about me] I think it’s about me and i panic the whole day thinking someone hates me And when people joke about things like calling the police on me and stuff like that i get very upset because for an average person that may make them laugh but my brain processes it as a threat and that I’m actually going to jail. What I’m trying to say is be careful with talking to me because i may even respond like I’m fine but half the time, I can’t breathe because of the amount of anxiety I’m having, just keep in mind that you’re talking to an autistic kid with severe anxiety
