Today is May 28, the day where we celebrate Philippine Flag Day! SOME FACTS YOU DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE PHILIPPINE FLAG: 1. The flag can only be flipped at war. 2. The rays on the sun represent the 8 provinces which fought against the Spanish. 3. The blue stripe on top represents peace, unity and justice. 4.
