Heya Guys! Mango is budgie themed because I have a Budgie named Mango and so I thought I could make an Oc with him! Although there should be black lines and patterns and Scratch is not the best to draw them ( especially if it's on a computer!) so I sorta skipped that part! --- if you are confused about what a budgie/budgerigar is you could search it up on Google! ( if you want! ) but basically, a budgie is a common house pet. a bird that is commonly colorful, (some are just plain white), with many types but the most common budgies most seen are, the Yellow & Green Budgie, AKA the "Wild Budgerigar" And/or the White & Blue budgie, AKA the "Cobalt/Sky Blue Budgerigar"!
