He is very bombastic and acts straight like punk rocker. People often come here for his music and/or his funny attitude. (Spoiler below) Hallelujah is actually a member of Five Tides and accomplice of Doc, Though crusading against Direm and his scheme. Hallelujah choose only to fight weaker mercenaries since the last encounter went badly(Likely from either Berserker or Mistake); He makes up for it with his stealth and surveillance, He is also smarter than he look. He is later informed of Doc's kidnapping by Neon.
NOTE: - Hallelujah is based on Hallelujah Win from Kamen Rider Geats - Hallelujah has AR eyewear that aid him in mission - Tooru enjoys Rendezvous Cola but Hank doesn't due to his complaint about the cola going flat in 15 minutes or sooner. As such, Hank drinks the rival cola.
