Ace The Human Ranger, and Fornin The Tiefling Wizard! 2 D&D inspired characters! Sparking a brand new series for the S.E.U! One inspired by medieval nonsense! ---Ace--- Full Name: Ace Archwood Race: Human Class: Ranger Age: 18 Elements: Nature, Wind, Light Alignment: Rebel Neutral Backstory: born to a poor life, Ace's mother died in childbirth and his father was addicted to hallucinogenic mushrooms. Due to his father's poor income and spending, Ace had to head into the wilderness from a young age to make a living. He used a bow to hunt game, bringing home the meat and selling the pelts and whatever else he could salvage for spare cash. Over the years he honed his skills, mastering the art of archery and learning plenty about nature and the wild. He felt much more pride in the wilderness than civilisation, and he began to ponder making his home in the woods. But then, he met a wandering Fornin. Ace's father had fallen ill to an unknown plague, and despite all the problems he had caused for Ace, he still wanted to help his father. He hired Fornin to check out his father, and miraculously his father was cured of his ailment (sadly not of his addiction to shrooms...) From there, the two became the best of friends, going on whatever adventures they could and getting into trouble. ---Fornin--- Full Name: Fornin Blacklight Race: Tiefling Class: Wizard Age: 18 Elements: Dark, Bone, Fire, Soul Alignment: Social Good Backstory: Born into a hidden village of Tieflings, Fornin had a great upbringing. His father taught him all about the art of being a wizard, and his mother showed him all the love in the world. But then, the happy memories vanished. It was a normal day when the army marched in. The next thing Fornin knew, his village was up in flames. Screams cried out as his mother and father picked him up and rushed him into the woods. Several words rung through his ears, several words he would never forget. "ROUND UP ALL TIEFLINGS! CAST THEM ALL BACK TO THE FIERY HELLSCAPE WHERE THEY BELONG! DON'T LET ONE REMAIN ON OUR SACRED GROUNDS!" His parents quickly dressed him in a cloak and hid him away in a transport vessel headed off to a different kingdom. And just like that, the life Fornin knew was gone. When he arrived in the distant kingdom, he kept hidden. He discovered the existence of Plague Doctors, and donned his own bird shaped mask. He started using what magic he learnt to help out the townsfolk, healing them up and curing their ailments. One day, he was approached by a boy around his age. He said his father had fallen ill and needed the doctors help. He accepted for a small payment, and followed the sharp haired boy home. When he got there, he performed his usual treatment, and the boys father was quickly cured. From there, the two boys became friends, something Fornin has always wanted. He learnt the boy's name was Ace, and he showed Fornin true adventure. They goofed off and got in trouble, and Fornin felt that feeling of bliss he felt back in his village all those years ago. But he couldn't let anyone find out he was a Tiefling, not even Ace. He couldn't risk losing his reputation, and his friendship.
I intend on expanding on this new series, and creating new characters and places for it. I intend on introducing a few more characters apart of Ace and Fornin's crew, probably being made by my friends. I also want to keep with the D&D themes and not stray too far away from that
