Instructions

TURBOWARP REQUIRED: https://turbowarp.org/856560718?fps=60&size=640x360 Take Flight 3 was originally supposed to be a very different game. It would have been an episodic story-focused game and have shoot-'em-up elements. Basically, coins now act as ammo. THE STORY Scratch gets separated from the rest of their team. As Giga, Pico, and Tera search for them, they discover that they can no longer fly. As the two forces slowly make their way to each other, they unearth a sinister plot orchestrated by a mysterious individual. However, there is something familiar about them... LEVEL 1 The main gimmick of this level is that it goes backwards. It also showcases some of the new features I planned, such as dynamic scroll speeds and backgrounds. Plus, this is the true first appearance of the Skelebats seen in the final game. LEVEL 2 This is part of a planned second mode following Scratch in an infinite runner style of gameplay. Originally, it was supposed to be platforming, but that was too ambitious. However, the mode in this build turned out to be a buggy, unfun mess. INTRO This part's really cool. Basically, you can view a very unfinished intro with some crudely-drawn characters. So, what's happening? Well, the villain of the game, "The Ringmaster", is seen unleashing the Spikes we see in Take Flight 1 and 2, which begin terrorizing the city. (This is where the unfinished intro ends, the rest is what I planned to show) We would then see Scratch mysteriously gain the ability to fly, then using it to save civilians and passing their ability onto them. (Take Flight 1 and 2 take place here.) This leads to a dialogue scene with the team discussing their victories... except for Scratch. The team soon realizes the orange cat is nowhere to be seen! The three of them immediately fly to a nearby forest where their former leader probably went. This leads to level 1. P.S. There were going to be a TurboWarp and a Scratch version, so that's why there's 2 links on the TurboWarp error screen.
