Shift-Click the flag (it looks more realistic in turbo mode), then click the flag again to start it. The swinging stick can get a little annoying after a while, so you can click the button on the top left corner to stop it (you can click it again if you want it back on). To set your hour mode, click the button on the top right corner. You can hit the spacebar to change the box...
