Renders the @NPRguy in watercolour drops. I think I've nailed the single drop of watercolour effect, but since no one paints with drops the final result is unsatisfying. Maybe someone else can expand on this to make it work? I think ideally you need brush strokes following edge tangents and bleeding into each other in some places while stopping abruptly in others.
