So the lights went out, and the letters knew they needed to escape. But the doors randomly locked... Robots were unleashed to get rid of people in the mall after the lockdown, that would KILL the letters, and now the cyrillic letters have to survive and get as much things to live as possible as they are trapped in the mall...
