Default keybinds: WASD to move SPACE to reload E to melee Q to throw grenade 1 to heal 3 to throw meat LMB to shoot and aim P/ENTER to pause M to reset/die If switch mode is on: E to switch weapons LMB to shoot or melee Difficulty status: Easy: Zombies spawn at least every 0.5 seconds, 5-10 damage Normal: Zombies spawn at least every 0.2 seconds, 10-15 damage Hard: Zombies spawn at least every 0.1 seconds, 15-25 damage IMPOSSIBLE: Zombies spawn every 0 seconds(probably every second Scratch frame idk), somewhere around 25-120 damage HARD OG: Zombies spawn at least every second, do same damage as Hard, but gives a disadvantage in money(only as much money as Easy) and also takes off 90% of your health(or 99.9% if your max hp is equal to or above 10000). Also, since zombies end up spawning so quickly(except for Hard OG), you'll eventually end up being unable to shoot due to a clone limit issue. due to this, 'Easy' is recommended. Or Hard OG. If you're boring, that is. If you going to do IMPOSSIBLE, make sure you have maximum upgrades on EVERYTHING first.
Note that NO NEW GAMEPLAY MECHANICS WERE ADDED. Just that the game is much harder, has a bunch of tweaks here and there, and other stuff too.
