Simple steps: REBADGING TYPE: OEM MANUFACTURER: 1. prepare sheet metal, engine knockdown kit, wheels, etc. 2. Start making sheet metal for the car 3. shape the car to the design that was planned. 4. install doors 5. install plastic trimming, etc. (decorations only) 6. Sand down body to the correct design, and paint the vehicle. 7. Check flaws 8. Start building chassis, and installing engine 9. Installing drivetrain and interior 10. Installing wheels and tires (tires vary depending on the vehicle.) 11. install body 12. Testing engine and other equipment MODIFICATIONS BY FLEET: 13. Export from original manufacturer to Fleet Motors 14. Install of OEM Fleet Motors Equipment 15. Testing again after installation of modifications from Fleet Motors (to prevent errors) End of cycle (car is ready for export) Making own cars (NEW MANUFACTURING CYCLE) 1. prepare sheet metal, engine knockdown kit, wheels, etc. 2.
