His parents aren't helping at all with the bullies, and are forcing him to act polite to them and dress well. -- He wants to grow his hair out. He really likes ducks and the color yellow. He has his hair over his eyes because he despises people staring at him. --- Clint -- He / him -- Male -- Straight Ally -- 11 : -- Clint's parents force him to get his hair out of his eyes to be 'presentable', and they put his duck hat in the attic! He's mad, but doesn't show it because he doesn't want to get hurt. - Somebody at his school, named Edii, comes out as genderfluid. Edii gets really bullied, and Clint feels for them. He learns about LGBTQ+ from them and is their biggest supporter. --- Clint -- He / him -- Questioning -- Straight Ally -- 12 : -- Clint's parents change his hair again and let him grow his hair a tiny bit more. He has trouble seeing in class, so his parents get him some glasses. -- Clint's friend shows him a bunch new terms, and he starts questioning. He thinks that he likes Edii as more than a friend. --- Cypress -- They / them -- Demiboy -- Questioning -- 13 : -- Clint changes their name to Cypress and their pronouns to they/them. Edii buys them a new duck hat for their birthday. -- Cypress' parents allow them to grow their hair out a bit and wear more casual clothes, but start getting suspicious. --- Cypress -- They / em -- Bigender -- Questioning -- 14 : -- Cypress feels more like they're male /and/ female, so ey use the label bigender. Ey tell Edii that they like them more than as friends. Edii tells them that they like em as more than friends, too, but neither know how to describe the relationship. -- Their parents decide that Cypress' hair is too long, and say that ey went too far. They shave their hair as punishment. Cypress is still having trouble with bullies, but now he and Edii are defending each other. Ey also wish that they could have hair covering their eyes again, because they still despise crowds. --- Cypress -- Ey / her -- Bigender -- Pan -- 15 : -- Cypress finds out that she's Pansexual, and starts using the pronouns ey/her. -- Cypress confronts eir parents about eir identity, and they make her go to therapy in hopes of 'fixing' her. Cypress has lots of fights with them, and ends up running away. - She's sad but confident about her life, and goes to live with Edii. Ey die eir hair brightly and grow it out really long. --- Drew -- Xe / her / em / them -- Rosboy -- Pan -- 16 : -- Cypress starts using the name Drew, and the pronouns xe/her/em/them. Xe also find the term Rosboy, and it matches perfectly. -- Edii comes out as Aroace and Genderfaun, and explains that they feel queerplatonic attraction towards Drew. They also change their name to Eddie and use they/ze/him. Drew feels the same way, so they become QPPs. -- Drew gets contacts and grows her bangs out. --- Drew -- She / ey / him -- Rosboy -- Omni -- 20 : -- Drew and Edii eventually drift apart from being in a relationship, but still keep in touch. Drew has a new bisexual agender enbyfriend named Dallas and lives on her own. -- Drew owns many ducks and names them all affectionately.
