Use it like a real lift. Warning : Potentially loud noises ! Next part of the description : But anyway, even if very poorly maintained, a EV hydro with DMG would beat a Russo 1rst Gen lift. Also, those 2000’s Sprinte EV lifts installed by Stannah are very rare ! As far as I know, there are 2 MRL traction ones which are this one and the one at 2 Burger Street (An another fictional block of flats) which is near this building. The building where the another Stannah/Sprinte EV lift is was built between March 2004 and February 2005. The lift is from the end of January 2005 and it’s the exact same lift as this one but it is the 1rst Stannah/Sprinte EV lift ever built. Sadly, it has been horridly modded for no reason in March 2023 by Jackson Lift Group with Lester Controls and of course, Magnetek VF. The Jackson lift (Formerly Stannah Sprinte/EV) has now full intelligent levelling as it has the 2D barcode system, but guess what, it is less efficient that it used to be because the new VF drive accelerates and decelerates very slowly and it is badly set-up, so it takes even longer to level than before and worst of all, the VF which was in the logic cabinet before the Magnetek one was a blind VF (2000’s Electra Vitoria MRL’s always have blind VF drives) ! So, Jackson Lifts is bad enough to make a generic blind VF lift even more inefficient by replacing the VF drive with a VFD with full intelligent 2D barcode levelling system ! And of course, unlike the old lift, the new lift doesn’t have pre-doors ! Jackson lifts totally sucks ! I won’t even bother with this horridly modded lift ! Also, that modded lift has the beige EV jambarrows ! Anyway, as far as I know there also are 2 large glass Sprinte EV/Stannah roped hydraulic lifts from February 2008 w/ pre-doors and EV voice, one of them has been horridly modded by Kotori and no longer pre-doors. Stannah has also installed 5 Sprinte EV roped hydraulic passenger lifts : One from February 2005, one from April 2006, one from July 2007, one from September 2008 & one from August 2009, as far as I know, all of these passenger lifts were built in Nottingham. 4 of them are located at some modern flats in Nugget Street and the 2008 one is located at the Russo headquarters. All of the lifts at flats have the DA bodge voice, including the 2 MRL lifts but the 2008 ones has the EV voice. The 2005 (hydro) and 2009 lifts doesn’t have pre-doors. The 2005 and 2006 ones have the beige arrows and all the others have the red Orona arrows. Sadly, only this lift and the 2008 one are still original because all the another lifts have been ruined through modernization. And the 2008 one has now been modded, which means that this lift is the very last original Sprinte EV installed by Stannah in the entire city of Nottingham !!! Once again, Jacksons ! Philipp Rudd was not happy enough when his company modded the 2005 EV MRL traction lift, he also wanted to his engineers to mod the passenger hydraulic lifts. And yet another Jackson mod in February 2023 of 18/17-13 years old lifts and the new lifts guess what logic, LESTER CONTROLS !!!! HOW DARE THEY ?! The modded EV lifts have now their logic replaced with Lester Controls, a plate with the Jackson logo and the sentence « Modernised in February 2023 » and the sentence « Max load 630 Kg or 8 Persons » has been glued over the plate with the Sprinte EV logo and they now have a new red 7 segment indicator. The MRL one has got a new VF and a new positioning system but that’s not the case of the hydraulic lifts which also have their original star-delta motor starters. And also, the user @Liftfan2021 has found an EV lift installed by Stannah which is MRL hydro which has been horribly modernized by Junktori with Imem Ascensores, Selcom Hydra-Arm doors, new rubbish buttons and a new generic pump ! This hydraulic MRL lift also serves 6 floors. And I have even more bad news : The last original Stannah/Sprinte EV hydraulic lift will also soon be modded by Jackson in the exact same way as the lifts at the modern flats. And now, the mod of that Sprinte EV hydro is done ! Fortunately, this one is protected & maintained by Stannah. But here is the last bad new : The 2008 Stannah MRL hydro (w/ Dewhurst buttons and Nexus logic) which is in the same building as the last original Sprinte EV/Stannah roped hydraulic passenger lift (Russo Elevators Inc’s Headquarters) will soon be replaced by a mega nasty generic MRL traction lift installed by of course Jackson Lift Group !!!! Anyway, here is this nice Sprinte EV MRL gearless traction lift installed by Stannah in late February 2007. And also, as of June 2023, there are now only 2 Sprinte EV lifts installed by Stannah that remains original in the UK which are the big glass 2008 hydraulic Sprinte EV lift (Installed by Stannah) and this one. I hope that the big lift is still original but sadly, I don’t know.

Description

Credits to @Jon5432, @StannahHydraulic399, @julotleblork and everyone else that has provided the assets for this project (Except kirk time). The building was built between mid-January 2006 and very early March 2007. It opened the 3rd of March 2007 and it’s a nice & modern block of flats. The built quality is medium and the building ages pretty well. This lift was built and put in operation in February 2007. The building only has 1 lift which is this one right here. The building & the lift are adequately maintained. Title : Silly voice lift ! Cheap 2007 Sprinte EV (Inst. Stannah) MRL lift at a block of flats in Nottingham… Brand : Sprinte Electra Vitoria (Installed by Stannah). Built : February 2007. Model : Unknown Sprinte Electra Vitoria. Logic : Electra Vitoria/Sprinte EV. Lift quality : Rather low. Indicators : Electra Vitoria. Buttons : DMG BL with pillowed square frame. Life expectancy : 15-25 years. Doors : Fermator. Chimes : Electra Vitoria. Voice : Digital Advanced bodge voice (Aka Silly Voice lift voice). Floors served : 6(0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5). Speed : 1 m/s. Capacity : 630 Kg 8 Persons. Phone : Safeline. Type : MRL traction. Location : 5 Nugget Street, Nottingham, UK (An another fictional and random block of flats). Jambarrows : Orona. Position of the machinery : In the headroom at the top of the shaft. The logic cabinet is located at the 5th floor. Footage date : 18/05/2023. Maintenance contract : Stannah. My opinion : This lift is an Electra Vitoria lift branded as Sprinte EV and installed by Stannah. It is rather cheap and flimsy, although, it is way better than the Russo lift that has been replaced by APEX Lifts very recently. This one is MRL rather than hydraulic and it goes 1 m/s. This lift looks very similar to the typical mid-late 2000’s Electra Vitoria lifts installed by Horizon Lifts which are mostly found in Dunelm shops in the UK. This lift has Orona arrows in the door jambs inside it and has these arrows since it was built which is rather wierd since most EV lifts from 2007 have different arrows (The jambarrows with beige illumination which are EV’s own arrows). Also, since this lift is an Electra Vitoria lift, you would expect that it was installed by brands like Liftwise, Horizon Lifts, Ormond Lifts, Network Lifts, CDL, Irish Lift Services, Contracts Direct, PA Lift Services, Sprinte EV, etc… But nope, this lift was actually installed by Stannah Lifts & branded as Sprinte EV ! That is so wierd because most Electra Vitoria’s are imported from Spain (Electra Vitoria is Spanish) and rebranded by the generic lift that install the lift or branded as « EV » but it’s a Sprinte EV with the usual EV design and a metal plate which says : « Installed in Feb. 2007 by Stannah ». Plus, Sprinte is a French lift brand based in Le Pouzin that was owned by EV in the 1996-2006 era and used to install those EV lifts and they now make their own fixtures and logics based on EV controllers. With this one, Stannah has imported the lift parts from France and Spain and cobbled those parts together. This lift is noisy and makes cheap noises while running but I do like the motor sounds and that lift is in a good condition and it isn’t even that worn ! Even though, it serves 6 floors (The former and horrible 2008 Russo lift serves 4 floors), the cab is cheap and flimsy & this lift is 16 years old (The terrible Russo lift has lasted 14 years). So, despite being a cheap Spanish generic lift, it’s still a rather good lift ! This Sprinte Electra Vitoria lift installed by Stannah would beat a Russo 1rst Gen hydro lift any day ! And even if that lift was a hydraulic, it would beat any Russo 1rst Generation ! This lift takes around 6 seconds to level, rather long, but it has pre-doors which is really rare for an EV lift ! The oddest and unique thing about that rare Sprinte EV lift installed by Stannah is the fact that it has the Digital Advanced bodge voice instead of the Electra Vitoria voice, aka the Silly Voice lift voice. This voice is also known as the « This lift is going UP »voice ! But despite having that voice, it has the EV chimes ! Plus, it’s an MRL traction lift and it’s very rare as most Sprinte EV lifts installed by Stannah are hydraulic lifts, almost all of them have pre-doors and all of them have Fermator doors. On this one, the doors are rather fast when they open but takes quite a while to close. But don’t worry, all cheap EV lifts would beat any Russo 1rst Gen lift. And this EV is a bit cheaper than the Russo lift which has been replaced by APEX recently. Possibly because it has DMG buttons instead of custom Dewhurst REI-US-91 buttons and uses Fermator doors instead of GAL ones. This lift is way better than any Russo 1st Gen as it last longer and runs a lot more efficiently and runs smoother aswell, even if that lift was a EV hydraulic, it would have been way smoother, even if it serves 6 floors. But hydros can start with a big jolt when going up. The next part is in « Instructions ».
