Know that if you sign your oc in they have the chance to be sent to heaven and have major injuries. So know that. Blind: Yes Outfits: Yes Face Items: Yes Powers: Yes but with a limit. Just put in the desc of the project what powers your oc would like and i'll approve them or not.
