This movie depicts Ernest Otter (Clifford Howard) who discovers that Truckin’ Teal said that he costs too much to feed, he realizes that his size is costing the otters a problem and he decides to join a traveling animal show known as "Munchy's Amazing Animals" (a play on "Larry's Amazing Animals" from "Clifford's Really Big Movie") with his 2 best friends, Baby Butter Otter (Cleo), and Peanut Otter (T-Bone) during an annual carnival that has been in the town. Munchy Otter (who has the role of Larry Gabblegobble in this parody, and is the circus's owner and ringmaster,) won't allow characters who have been known by others in his show, so they pretend to have false pet tags as Ernest hears an animal contest with a prize of a lifetime supply of food to get. He chooses to run away with 2 of his kids to win the contest, get the food home, and let their pals see them again.
