Space or click. Basically telemetry data is a way for Microsoft to collect data on you legally with consent. It tracks your keyboard inputs and data from your screen (coding, not pictures) directly to Microsoft for "personalized recommendations" and "to improve Windows", of course that hasn't happened yet. Anyway, the images suck so bad I guess I can also write it out here. Go to your settings in the taskbar, look at the "privacy settings" category, and then click on "diagnostic data". You can turn off all the settings after that.
Credit to Microsoft for wanting to see us make stupid memes and watch dumb YouTube videos. Note that I have a custom taskbar with a custom button and stuff. I blotted out my personal information so this should be okay.
