So, Scratch Cat and Friends are having a pre-carnival birthday party, but Pico and Kirbygamer (But what's KG doing here anyways?) almost arrive late. Gobo says, "Happy Birthday, Scratch Cat!" and Kirbygamer says, "Now blow out the candles!" Next, Scratch Cat does what KG said to do, and then he tries to rip the cake instead of cutting it, but he breaks the cake instead. He then says, "Oops. But, at least we get to go to the carnival! Now, let's get this house FLYING!" And. with that, after the project ends, the house FLYS to the carnival. Why KG risks his warp star exploding on the floor though due to the house flying upwards, we will never know.
