I just wanted to make a little map game for y'all to explore. You can request something in the comments, (Such as a new building in town to replace the "FOR LEASE" buildings, a new area, or something else.) There's a chance I may add it. (INSTRUCTIONS AND UPDATE LOG BELOW) Happy adventuring! HOW TO PLAY: WASD or Arrow keys to move around. P to show phone number list, H to hide them. SPACE to change hats UPDATE LOG: May 12, 2023: Released project. May 13, 2023: Added more sand around the map. This will help transition into the water better. Also added Sandmouth Cave, Mt. Magma and adjusted hitbox. May 14, 2023: Added a new fountain by the town, and you can now go inside Sandmouth Cave. (Kinda. Not really working yet.) Also completed a request from @thedylan4000. Enjoy your burrito shop! May 15, 2023: Added a new area, Mt. Edge. May 16, 2023: Fixed a bug where Mt. Edge shows up on the beach for some reason. (I think I fixed it at least.) I will make bigger updates near the weekend/summer break. May 17, 2023: Completed a request from @Funnysonds. The Burger King has been built. Made the color of water lighter, added a pond near the mall, and you cannot walk on water anymore. (Most of today's update included water) May 18, 2023: From now on, When the game gets a major update, the thumbnail will change (If I have any room.) I also added some more things to the thumbnail. May 19, 2023: That's right! Updated for 7 days in a row! Added a new area, Lightleaf Plains. Look for it near Mt. Edge. May 20, 2023: Made animations for the background (Ocean) It's not the best, tell me in comments if you want it changed back. May 21, 2023: Changed the ocean back to the state it was from before May 20th. May 22, 2023: Added the red square with a face on it. May 23, 2023: Made a few tweaks to some of the trees near the forest. May 24, 2023: Added a couple billboards around the place. May 25, 2023: Added the phone. You can now call numbers with it. (Try calling 555-2370, from one of the billboards from yesterday.) May 26, 2023: Added a couple more phone numbers, and press "p" to show the list of phone numbers, "h" to hide them. Ignore the whole "Solitude Springs" thing, it hasn't been added yet. May 27, 2023: There's a whole new island to explore! Sure, it doesn't have anything on it yet, but I'll put some stuff on it in future updates. The island is west of Steelton Mall, just walk into the shallow water, (light blue) and boom, you're there. May 28, 2023: Added another island north of the one from yesterday. (I should really name these islands) May 29, 2023: The small island has a rock puzzle, It doesn't do much for now but it will a lot later in the game. I'll work on this for a future update. (Who knows, we might even get a whole storyline) May 30, 2023: Fixed an issue where the island doesn't move in sync with the main map. May 31, 2023: Added Aperture Science Laboratory, it also comes with another phone number. (Credit to @Captin_Crazzy_11 for the suggestion) Jun 1, 2023: Tried to make another island called Silverport City, kinda gave up on it. Added the new phone number from yesterday into the phone number list, I don't know how I forgot to do that yesterday. Jun 2, 2023: Added HATS! Use the SPACE key to put on a hat. More hats coming soon. Jun 3, 2023: Added 2 more hats, and fixed a glitch where part of the rock puzzle was showing near Sandmouth Beach. Jun 4, 2023: Made another house behind Mt. edge. Jun 5, 2023: Added a new phone number, and added a couple more responses for non-existent phone numbers. Jun 6, 2023: Added clouds! They fly across your screen every 10 seconds, But just let me know whenever you want them gone. Jun 7, 2023: Added a few more rocks to Mt. Edge, and changed the height of Hunter's house. Jun 8, 2023: Added a working mailbox. It should be right next to where you spawn, and it comes with a couple letters too. Jun 9, 2023: Changed the thickness of the mailbox outline. It should match the thickness of the outline from your house now. I did one more thing but I forgor. Jun 10, 2023: Added a new hat. Jun 11, 2023: Made a little quest! Go left of your house, you'll see a kid running a lemonade stand. Talk to him, the rest of the instructions are in-game. Jun 12, 2023: Added a little popup that appears whenever you finish a quest. Also, whenever yellow tries to say something, the speech bubble suddenly disappears. I'll get to the bottom of that some other time. Oh hey! Updated for a month in a row! Jun 13, 2023: Added another quest! After getting the lemonade, talk to the green guy with the hat. Jun 14, 2023: You can now interact with the guard next to Aperture Lab. Jun 15, 2023: Moved the mailbox to the left of the house, due to it being pretty annoying if you wanted to pass by. Jun 16, 2023: All of the quests together have made a storyline! After completing the Lemonade and Granola bar quests, talk to the guard. Ran out of space, go to notes and credits for more
