Human survivors fled the city, but the animals stayed. The animals that didn't d!e to the explosion began to become exposed to necular waste and radation, and soon enough, they became mutant. Some animals had raised IQ, as well as body features changing. [ PERSONALITY ] Radio isn't very nice, more curel and unforgiving. He's one of the 'alpha' animals in the city, holding the most power against weaker animals. Using tech found in abonded buldings, he was able to enforce part of him, and cover up wounds from the explosion. For example, the mask was made by humans to filter out the air, but Radio uses it to cover up a nasty scar running along his face. Radio is very sensitave of these parts, and will snap at anyone who asks about them. He enjoys hurting weaker animals, and likes holding power, and will do whatever it takes to get more power other others.
