So this is very similar to an OTA if not one! You may offer for the designs if you would like however you dont nEeD to and can just ask for them. I just want to see people do stuff with dinos haha- Offering does increase your chances of getting the character however you may offer as much or as little as you want ^^ do whatever you would like!
