Basically, here's how you add a note to a chart: {time when note plays}: {Which note plays (1-4 for the opponent, and 5-8 for the player I think)}: {}. That's how you put a note into the chart (I figured it out by looking at the chart, and I somehow figured out almost instantly how to add a note to the chart)
