Switch shadow from 0 to 100 and back. Play with shadow, ghost effect, waves, bird reflection whirl effect for best reflection or shadow & water. Shadow best as 100% with 50% ghost effect. For reflection: 0% shadow, ghost effect about 15%. Find settings you like.
To reflect, reversed my bird images. Used Blender to render bird animation frames: one for real and a separate rendering for gold. Both animations run all the time, but commands make only one visible. I set the gold to -90 degrees and vertical flipped each costume (almost 150 costumes) for the gold so that it reflects with mirror symmetry. Bird is on Turbosquid, but isn't gold. I made it gold in Blender. Get a model or make your own, make any changes you like in Blender, then render bird with transparent background into several png frames. Make a separate one for gold.
