RULE 9: if you have a puppet, only 2/3 of it's land counts as yours RULE 10: no controlling other nation unless its a puppet RULE 11: 1 person controls 1 nation. The only exeptions are unions Rule 12: No nukes Rule 13: only use tech that aligns with the year (so like no gums in 1200) Rule 14: explain in depth how you do things such as "i sell land on this island to farmers" instead of "we expand to that island" Rule 15: an (planned oof somebody) of a leader has a 10% chance of success. Each attempt lowers the success by 2/3.
