All you do is defeat enemies and survive and defend your base. E to shoot. If you shoot on the clock in the circle, you will freeze the enemy for some seconds before it gets active again. (Makes it easier to shoot enemies.) Some enemies have multiple health, so be aware! The medkit add your health by 3.
