SAC stands for Scratch Art Camp: it’s a triannual online camp that involves lots art, activities and lots of...what's the word again...FUN. Basically, this June, you’ll be drawing and counting the minutes, completing dailies and weeklies(found in the main cabin) and set yourself a minute goal you’ll try to complete. There are several groups, called lodges, and they each have a leader and (a) co-leader(s). If you were sorted to Pastel...*jazz hands* What are minutes and how do I add them? A minute goal is the number of minutes you plan to draw this month. We have a studio, which is right here( https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/33293808/comments ), for adding minutes! All the instructions will be there :] I don’t understand the story and comic in the studio. What does it have to do with art? To keep things entertaining, sometimes - actually, all the time - the leaders prepare a fun sort of backstory - we call it a storyline. In our case, we own this magical potion shop, and you and the other campers watch a poor little girl walk in the shop and ask for a potion to help her dying mother. When she finds that she dosen’t have enough coins(explained below), however, she tries to leave, only to be blocked by the leaders(don’t worry, the leaders in the storylines aren’t normally that evil-). They offer to enslave her for a month until she gets enough coins, and you camper shave to help reach the amount of coins she needs. What are coins? Coins are our currency, as explained in the storyline, and in can only be used in our lodge(all the conversions are in there - FOR EXAMPLE, “three coins if you do a daily”). If you have enough of them, you can get a matching pfp( link)! But otherwise, your main goal is to use them to help free Annalise(and save her dying mother).
