sorry the quality is bad (flag x2 if you want better timing) (ik bods stopped but i got permission to keep making hate projects) anyways, Hika’s power is that she can summon anything she wants as long as it doesn’t run on electricity, and since she’s new at it, the objects she summons are neon and stuff, but over time, she might be able to disable the glow effect (with a delay)
