when you import a gif (short OR long), the frames might get mixed up. I fixed this, and it turns out that some of the frames were shuffled up! frames 24, 25, AND 26 were the hardest to sort, because frame 24 was frame 25, and frame 25 was frame 26, and frame 26 was frame 24! How complicated is that?
