I added my new Earthbound fan character, Oscar (Which surprisingly doesn't even have a look yet O_O) with my made up PSI, PSI Wave. PSI Wave makes a wave wash the enemy. There are more waves and splashes, (Omega can freeze the target!) as the PSI is stronger. For example, Beta has 2 splashes after the wave hits. Credit to below
