B tier: Yeh (Moved from A to B, due to Yeh being the villain not suitable enough) C tier: Ooh, Short I, Deh and Er (I cannot explain them except Deh, which is only that too many lores have Deh as the villain) D tier: Soft Sign, Yah (They are one of the last letters in Russian, i won't recommend it) F tier: Ef (SERIOUSLY, HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I SAID THAT EF SHOULD NOT BE THE VILLAIN! IT IS NOT IN DRUZ'YA OR DRUZYEY, AND FORTUNA WILL NOT WORK EITHER! THIS CHARACTER SHOULD DEFINETELY NOT BE THE VILLAIN! >:(
c2a. Edits: Changed Zeh to match my Russian Lore. Changed Er since Zeh is red already. Changed Deh to be more styled like RALR, since it's the most popular lore to have Deh as the villain. Changed Short I since she's not one of the last three letters. Changed Soft Sign and Ya to not be a ghost or planet. Moved Er from A to C Moved Yeh from A to B cause it felt less suitable with Yeh as the villain. Moved Deh from B to C cuz Deh didn't fit in the B tier.
