An old version of Incredible Principal that billy trashed, but it found its way back into the well-made house, so now it wanders, and when it sees you breaking Running, Drinking, Escaping, Bullying and entering Faculty, he will say the lines that he was programmed, but due to how long he's been in the trash, he's corrupted, and some of his programming is broken, so when he sees you catching a rule, he goes to you, but cant teleport you, and after 5 seconds, he just gives up and walks away.
