I tried. I hope u like it, it's a looping outro It took like 20 minutes lol Scratch is not my friend sometimes i would've made this in a professional animation program but i learned that when u put it into Scratch its REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, glitchy so i just designed it in here
Ottertales for the OC but i heard it's by sniggies or whoever so I guess Sniggies for the OC there's an animation for the heart when u click the flag i thought that would be kind of cool lol
