> STARTING A DUSK VALLEY PACK < Interested in starting your own pack in WoDV? Check out the info here! > Requirements < ---------------------------------------------- If your wolf is at least 25 moons old and you have been RPing in the valley for at least 4 weeks, you may have the chance to start a pack. You are only eligible to lead a pack if you fit these requirements. Your wolf would become alpha by default, and you'd need to come up with a pack name, den location and some other details. Before signing up to start the pack, your OC also must have a family. When presenting your pack idea, please list at least 3 family members of the alpha that will be joining the pack. If the wolves are just siblings, then that would not work. (The OC name, their relation to the alpha, and the OC owner.) These OCs must be played by other scratchers, not you. > Responsibilities < ------------------------------------------- As pack alpha it is your responsibility to lead your pack, so only start one if you will be active and have the time to be available to your pack members. Every month I will check in with you to make sure the pack is doing well. If you become inactive or nothing new has happened in the pack for a while, I will have to disband the pack. I do this to get rid of old dead groups, making room for new, more active packs to be founded. > Accepting Members < --------------------------------------- It is up to the alpha to decide who to accept and who to exile. You are not required to accept everyone. Wolves interested in joining will be directed to you by @ItsDragonCat or a staff member upon acceptance into the valley. The alpha's code is 'moonlight'. It is suggested that every now and then you check in with your packmates to make sure they are all still active. If some are no longer active or wish to leave the pack, you may remove them. This will allow you to make room for new more active members and keep your pack alive. Also remember that only one OC is allowed in a pack per roleplayer. > Starting Your Pack < ----------------------------------------- After reading all that, if you think you have what it takes to be an alpha, talk to me on my profile. Please provide me with your plans for your pack, and some reasons you would make a good alpha as a scratcher. (ex. very active, good management or communication skills, etc.) I likely will not accept you if your idea is too similar to another pack or doesn't have anything special/original about it to set it apart from the other packs. I get many requests, but I accept only a few.
