After several months of planning a great insurrection, Yuri A. Rodolph, as an act of revenge towards Albert Cal, sparks the Second Fazastani Civil War. Unlike the first, which started over the sentience of AI products, the second starts with Yuri's unsatisfied hunger for political power over the people of Fazastan after he had lost the elections—in which they had determined the end of the "Millennial Reign of the Technocracy" So far, the Democratic Party of Fazastan watches as the HRoF combats what is now deemed "Neo-Fazketians"—a race of Fazastanis that have been genetically changed due to Yuri's top scientists conducting experiments to replace people's ancestral DNA with some DNA extracted from Fazketian remains. To make matters worse for Fazastan, the National Socialist Republic of Fazkenreich (or simply "The Fazkenreich") requests an alliance with all the other adversaries in hopes of gaining an early advantage over the Cal administration. Will Albert Cal put his power to the test, or will Yuri finally declare his vengeance fulfilled at the war's end? That's up to whether or not other powers of the world interfere.
